Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Montana would like to invite women in the community to join us for International Women Build Week on March 8-15. Women Build Week is an initiative promoted by Habitat for Humanity every year to help get more women involved in our construction projects and learn helpful skills related to building and repairing. Many of the homes built by Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Montana are headed by women. We believe that it would be very impactful to have more women involved in the construction process to build homes.

Although this initiative is mainly targeted at construction volunteering, Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Montana is always looking for volunteers in many roles: resale store assistance, office administration, and community outreach. If you are interested in volunteering with our affiliate please fill out our volunteer form: https://forms.gle/5Bi5cpSyfBCv4dDP9.  If you have any questions about this event or other volunteer opportunities please contact Shane at sellanson@habitatswmt.org.

Update: As part of our Women Build Week, we encourage women to come help volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Montana in many roles from March 8-15. More specifically we will be hosting Women Build Construction Events on the evening of Wednesday, March 10th and all day Saturday, March 13th. If you want to participate in Women Build week, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/5Bi5cpSyfBCv4dDP9.
